Stuck at work currently bored out of my mind. Now that I have started working out I find myself hungering for more and more. Really wanting to improve myself and hit my goals, school is killer on me and so is work but im not going to let it slow me down. I appreciate everyones support and the pushing to get me through to my goals.


When it comes to losing weight sure people do it for a girl, family, friends, or whoever.
The most important person to be doing it for is yourself. Do you want to live a long life and healthy life? I know I do. Yes working out is hard to do at first and tough to get through but in the end it all pays off. Typically every hard goal you push for yourself pays off. To anyone that is wanting to lose weight just dont give up when the going gets tough and dont push yourself to an extent. Just think everyday is a new and better you. Good luck to my fellow weight losers. Say bye to the flab and hello to a new you.

  2. lower intake, burn more, eat more often in smaller portions this way your body wont hold on fat since he have continuous supply of food.

    Drinking water also helps same principle but for water weight.

  4. I'm trying to lose weight at the moment as well.

    I play around 40 minutes of DDR a day and eat 5 healthy small portion meals...

    Although it's that time of year again and I have been snacking on thin mints every now and then.

    Get a good workout plan. And eat alot of protein and carbs. Diet is a big part.

  9. personally i don't work out for me, i work out to improve the way i look to other people. i don't care about a long and healthy life...i was doing pushups with a cigarette in my mouth last night, lol. but good for you, whatever motivation works, keep it up.

  11. Look up cross fit workouts. Burn fat and build muscle at the same time with very little need for weights or machines or a gym. Shit will put you in the best mood also. You will begin to love working out!

  14. One time I lost weight for a girl. As I was losing the weight she started to pack it on really heavy. By the end of my voyage I was too good for her. Now I'm fat again.
