My life as a teenage eating machine (just joking)
I grew up my whole life a fat slob.I have decided I need a change in my life and I just want to be able to document and share with others my goals, aspirations and dreams.

Finally home
Hey everyone, got home from work about 2 hours ago and just got done with my evening workout. Im feeling fantastic! I know im going to be in great physical pain tomorrow but who gives a damn. Gotta push it to the limit.
No pain no gain! I love working out, for some odd reason I like that sore feeling in the morning knowing that I have accomplished something and bettering myself :)
I love it when my muscles ache the next day, I feel really alive then. Plus, it's just an ache, not real pain as if you'd be at the dentist (without anesthesia). Keep going!
Keep it going man, even when it gets rough and youd rather do anything but go get some excersize, you will feel like a god when your happy with yourself. Courage wolf always helps too.
Don't overdo it or your motivation might burn out. I used to be overweight, too, but with small steps and moderation, I've been able to keep 50 pounds off for almost 2 years now.
