  1. No pain no gain! I love working out, for some odd reason I like that sore feeling in the morning knowing that I have accomplished something and bettering myself :)

  2. I love it when my muscles ache the next day, I feel really alive then. Plus, it's just an ache, not real pain as if you'd be at the dentist (without anesthesia). Keep going!

  3. Keep it going man, even when it gets rough and youd rather do anything but go get some excersize, you will feel like a god when your happy with yourself. Courage wolf always helps too.

  9. Don't overdo it or your motivation might burn out. I used to be overweight, too, but with small steps and moderation, I've been able to keep 50 pounds off for almost 2 years now.

    Following! Keep it up.

  11. Remember, eat well (healthy food), sleep well and give your body time to build its muscles up. Dont get overtired and you 'll do just fine. Good luck!
